Delete your account
Ask us to permanently delete your MyWorld account and everything linked to it. Read what happens below, then send your request from this page.
What gets deleted
Deletion is permanent: nothing on this list can be recovered afterwards.
- Your profile: name, username, bio, photo and settings.
- Your posts, reels, comments, likes and saved items.
- Your trips and AI itineraries, saved plans included.
- Your map: visited places, pins and travel stats.
- Your conversations and the messages you sent.
What we keep: billing records we are required by law to store, and anonymous statistics that cannot be traced back to you. Content created by other people stays on MyWorld, with no link to your name.
How it works
- 1Send your request from the form below.
- 2We check that the request really comes from the account owner, writing to the email address linked to it.
- 3We delete the account and all its data within 30 days, and confirm by email once it's done.

If the problem is something we can fix — notifications, privacy, a bug — write to us first: deleting your account isn't the only way out.
