Terms and Conditions of Use

Welcome to MyWorld. By using our application ("App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Accessing and using the App constitutes full acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the App.

2. Content and Conduct (Digital Services Act)

MyWorld is a platform that hosts user-generated content. We do not pre-monitor all content, but we are committed to removing illegal content or content that violates our policies as soon as we become aware of it.

You agree NOT to publish:

• Illegal content (e.g., hate speech, terrorism, child sexual abuse material).
• Defamatory, threatening, or harassing content (cyberbullying).
• Spam, fraud, or unauthorized advertising.
• Copyright or intellectual property violations.

Moderation: We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules. Moderation decisions may be based on user reports or automatic detection.

Reporting: Users can report illegal or abusive content through the dedicated function in the App. We will review reports promptly and inform the reporter of the outcome.

Appeals: If your content is removed or your account suspended, you will receive a reason. You may appeal by contacting support if you believe the decision is incorrect.

3. User Account

To use some features of the App, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Intellectual Property

• App Ownership: All original content of the App (excluding user-generated content), features, and design are the exclusive property of MyWorld and its licensors.
• Your Content: You retain ownership of the content you publish. However, by publishing content on the App, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute such content solely for purposes related to the operation and promotion of the App.

5. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is". MyWorld is not responsible for content published by users. We act as a hosting service provider under the E-Commerce Directive and the DSA.

6. Paid Services and Subscriptions

MyWorld offers subscription plans (Plus, Premium) that unlock advanced features. Payments are handled through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds

Under the Italian Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered on a non-tangible medium once performance has begun with your express consent. By accessing paid features you agree that performance begins immediately and you waive the right of withdrawal. You can still cancel auto-renewal at any time from your settings.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at any time, without notice, for violation of these Terms.
